Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking your cruising adventure. By making a reservation with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Booking and Payment:
1.1. To book your cruising adventure, you must complete the online booking form.
1.2. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if the full payment is not received by the due date.
1.3. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, or cash. Please note that additional fees may apply for certain payment methods.
- Cancellation and Refunds:
2.1. If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days before the departure date, you will receive a refund of the amount paid, less the non-refundable deposit.
2.2. If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days before the departure date, no refund will be provided.
2.3. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation at any time, in which case you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
2.4. We will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by you as a result of a cancellation, including but not limited to travel expenses.
- Changes to Itinerary:
3.1. We reserve the right to modify the itinerary, including ports of call and scheduled activities, at any time due to weather conditions, mechanical problems, or other unforeseeable circumstances.
3.2. We will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements or activities in the event of a change to the itinerary.
- Medical and Health:
4.1. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are medically fit to participate in the cruising adventure. We recommend that you consult with your doctor before making a reservation.
4.2. You must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions or medications that may affect your ability to participate in the cruising adventure.
4.3. We reserve the right to refuse boarding or require medical clearance from a doctor if we deem it necessary.
- Conduct:
5.1. You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules of the ship and crew.
5.2. You must not engage in any behavior that is disruptive, dangerous, or illegal.
5.3. We reserve the right to remove you from the boats if you engage in any behavior that violates these terms and conditions.
- Liability:
6.1. We will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs during the cruising adventure, unless it is due to our negligence.
6.2. We will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs as a result of a change to the itinerary.
6.3. We will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs as a result of a pre-existing medical condition or failure to disclose such condition.
- Governing Law:
8.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in the Bahamas where the cruising adventure takes place.
- Severability:
9.1. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10.1. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or
